Zawada Acquaah-Harrison is a dedicated Project Coordinator with 20 months of experience in project management. Passionate about organizational efficiency and teamwork, she applies her problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and ensure smooth project execution. Currently, she serves as a Project Coordinator at Apex Community Aid (ACAiD), where she develops and implements project plans, manages resources, and oversees risk management to align initiatives with the organization’s mission.

Her professional experience spans healthcare, hospitality, and project coordination, equipping her with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. She began her career as a Registered Nurse at Anomabo Health Centre in 2022, where she provided patient care, health education, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams. This experience strengthened her ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information.

In her current role at ACAiD, she plays a vital role in streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful execution of community-based projects. Her ability to multitask and coordinate across departments has significantly contributed to project success.

Zawada holds a Community Health Nursing Certificate from Akim Oda Nursing Training College (2022) and is pursuing a Public Health Nursing degree at Wisconsin University. She has received a Health Communication Award (2024) for excellence in health communication.
