Dorinda Saawah Bosu is an experienced project manager and social justice advocate dedicated to fighting human trafficking and empowering communities. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Programs at the International Justice Mission (IJM) in Ghana, where she oversees program development, budget management, and high-level partnerships to combat child trafficking and exploitation.

With over a decade of experience in project leadership, advocacy, and community development, Dorinda has held key roles at IJM, including Project Lead and Community Relations & Advocacy Specialist. Her efforts have led to impactful partnerships with government agencies, media organizations, and civil society groups, enhancing awareness and action against human trafficking. She was instrumental in securing grants and successfully organizing stakeholder engagements on human rights issues.

Previously, she served as Programs Director at Apex Community Aid (ACAiD) and Project Coordinator at X-Changes Delta, leading initiatives in health education, youth empowerment, and environmental conservation. She has also worked as an educator and research assistant, demonstrating her commitment to knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.

Dorinda holds an MPhil in Geography and Rural Development from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She has participated in international leadership and development programs, earning certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainable development.

Her passion for justice, community empowerment, and sustainable development continues to drive her work, making a lasting impact in Ghana and beyond.
